inspiration: pocketmaster (poem response)

But Our Princess Is In Another Castle!

save mankind against impossible odds
to his sinister reign
wage intense shooter combat with
vile henchmen
they call it a suicide mission
from the 1985 classic!
activate the Cerberus network
just save a Princess
entire human colonies
brick-smashin'
the galaxy's deadliest team
pipe-warpin'
tech attacks, and biotic powers
turtle-stompin'
PROVE THEM WRONG

Apologies for I could not think of an appropriate gif =(

  2. a fun bleep-boop-bopper! less "suicide mission" and more brick-smahsin'! more specific references to real games? and i wonder what LEVELING UP would look like in poem form? these are the poems to beat!

    you can do it!

plus, your apologies for a lack of gif gets me wondering what a gif poem might look/read like... a 4-second phrase repeated ad nauseum? a brief memeish epigram?
